Originally founded in 1980, MCI Optonix was owned and operated by Mitsubishi Chemical Incorporated. For 27 years MCIO established itself as one of the premiere independent distributors of x-ray intensifying screens worldwide. In 2007 MCI Optonix LLC was formed to carry on this tradition and simultaneously expand the range of products. To pursue this goal MCI Optonix LLC signed a distribution agreement with Carestream Health for alternate healthcare x-ray film and related products. MCI Optonix LLC has since become one of the largest distributors of Kodak branded film in the USA. Our staff has a long history in the x-ray accessory market and looks forward to serving your needs.
